Description
The Stag IS4P63 Enclosed 4 Pole 63 Amp Isolator is a heavy-duty rotary isolator switch designed for the safe isolation of three-phase and neutral electrical circuits. It is suitable for industrial, commercial, and renewable energy applications where reliable power disconnection is essential.
The IS4P63 is rated at 63A and complies with IEC / EN 60947-3. Housed in a flame-retardant IP65 polycarbonate enclosure, it offers excellent protection against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor installations. The unit features a lockable rotary handle and an interlocked lid for enhanced operational safety.

Installation
- Ensure the power supply is completely isolated before installation.
- Mount the isolator using the external mounting points on the enclosure.
- Confirm the handle is in the OFF position before opening the lid.
- Open the required cable gland knockouts (M20 / M25).
- Connect incoming supply cables to L1, L2, L3, N.
- Connect outgoing load cables to T1, T2, T3, N.
- Terminate earth conductor using the additional earth terminal.
- Tighten terminals to a torque of 2 Nm.
- Close and secure the lid before switching ON.
