Returns
If for any reason you no longer require your item, you can return it in a new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
You must notify us within 48hrs if your parcel has been received damaged and send us pictures of the damaged parcel and damaged items and a full replacement will be dispatched.
If for any reason you wish to just return an item it must be new and un-used.
The item/s must be returned within the 30 day period.
Please contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) and complete the below form and include this with your return.
Your item will need to be packaged adequately inside another box or bag and no delivery labels or markings directly to the product packging.
The customer/buyer (You)will need to pay the full cost of the return postage and you will be responsible for the item until it is in our possession.
Refunds are processed back to the same payment method you used only payments can sometimes take 1-5 days before you can seem them depending on your bank.
