We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Sales Administrator/Trainee Sales Executive to join our professional team.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Unit 2, Huntley Business Park, Gloucester GL19 3FF
Shift Type: Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable employee to join our small team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for details and be process driven. Working with the Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for the end to end customer experience, handling all incoming calls and emails and welcoming customers into the shop. You will work closely with the Technical Sales Manager and Trade Sales Manager to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.
Day today, you will:
– Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries from customers – providing an excellent customer experience at all times
– Answer all incoming calls
– Sending Order Acknowledgement to customers
– Advise and prepare quotations for customers on basic products
– Enter and process incoming orders
– Make outbound calls to chase up outstanding quotes
– To assist the Technical Sales Manager, by booking appointments into the diary and then following these up
– Complete all the necessary administration in relation to the sales processes Undertaking any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager or supervisor.

Working with the Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for the end to end customer experience, handling all incoming calls and emails in relation to technical support for our products, whether this be faults, general advice or programming and commissioning of systems.
Day to day, you will:
– Develop a technical understanding of current and new products/services
– Provide telephone and email based technical support, logging everything on the company CRM in a timely manner
– Be first port of call for clients reporting faults or needing technical support
– Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis, resolving at first contact whenever possible
– Programme and commission systems remotely
– Deal with all warranty requests from start to finish
– Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
– Deal with 3rd Party Supplier Management
– Support the Technical Sales Manager with documentation and communication
– Provide a single point of contact for the customer ensuring regular status updates are communicated
– Ensure a professional approach is maintained at all times. Remembering you are the company representative
– Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager or supervisor
