Description
The Stag IS4P80 Enclosed 4 Pole 80 Amp Isolator is a heavy-duty rotary isolator switch designed for the safe isolation of three-phase and neutral electrical circuits. It is ideal for industrial, commercial, and renewable energy installations where dependable power disconnection is required.
The IS4P80 is rated at 80A and complies with IEC / EN 60947-3. Housed in a flame-retardant IP65 polycarbonate enclosure, it provides excellent protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. The isolator features a lockable rotary handle and an interlocked lid to enhance operational safety.

Installation
- Ensure the power supply is completely isolated before starting installation.
- Mount the isolator using the external mounting points provided.
- Verify the rotary handle is in the OFF position before opening the enclosure.
- Select and open the appropriate gland knockouts (M20 / M25 / M32).
- Connect incoming supply cables to L1, L2, L3, N.
- Connect outgoing load cables to T1, T2, T3, N.
- Terminate the earth conductor using the additional earth terminal.
- Tighten all terminal screws to a torque of 3 Nm.
- Close and secure the enclosure lid before switching ON.
